Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: During high-volume periods (such as new drops or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. StopLacking is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
StopLacking is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
