StopLacking EU Return Policy

At StopLacking, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. This EU Return Policy applies only to customers located within the European Union (EU).

Right to Cancel (EU Customers)

Under EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days after receiving their item without providing a reason.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Items must include original packaging and tags (if applicable)
• Items that have been washed, damaged, altered, or worn may not be accepted

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as StopLacking is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless required by applicable EU law.

Exchanges

At this time, StopLacking does not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return their item and place a new order for the desired product.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order information so we can assist you.

Final Sale Items

Sale items, discounted items, or limited-release products marked as final sale may not be eligible for return unless required by law.
